The Better Light, Better Sleep program was developed by the American Lighting Association with the support of the Light and Health Research Center at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
The program aims to support ALA-member manufacturers in the development of circadian-effective lighting products, as well as educate consumers on the benefits these products provide to support better sleep.
This is a developing program. Stay tuned for additional information on how you can participate and find ALA-recognized Better Light, Better Sleep products.
Through this program, participating ALA-member manufacturers submitted products for photometric testing to determine their suitability in supporting circadian-effective lighting.
